The White House Way is our whole-school personal development and cultural capital programme, designed to enrich learning beyond the classroom. Through carefully planned experiences, life skills, community opportunities and real-world learning, pupils build confidence, independence and a strong sense of belonging. Alongside our academic curriculum, it is a key part of our Learn & Thrive approach, helping every pupil develop Healthy Minds and Happy Hearts and preparing them for life beyond school.
Our Curiosity Pathway supports pupils to access the National Curriculum through personalised adaptations, alongside life skills, emotional literacy and independence.
Our Discovery Pathway supports pupils with complex needs through a highly personalised, communication-focused and sensory-informed curriculum, building engagement and independence.
